« Pet friendly and easy to park. Cottage is def on the small side but we didn’t spend much time inside, pool is decent, pretty new, only thing is Chincoteague replaced mosquitos by horseflies and this sucks! :) »

« This property was perfect for our family gathering. The house is beautiful with great views of sunrise and sunset and magnificent stars at night. Kitchen was well appointed. We were also able to take a beautiful walk down to the waters edge every morning and evening. »

« This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and a heartwarming look at lots of ducks and geese as their feathers shimmered in the sunshine. This cozy condo had all the comforts and amenities that my husband and I needed for a weekend get-away....with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. A second bedroom had two twin beds for those that may be traveling with children. Very nicely decorated as well. We will be back! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Shore Shanty. Booking and communication with Seaside Vacations was seamless and the representatives communicated well. The property was spotless and in a great location at Captains Cove… a very friendly community… safe to walk and ride bikes around in. Very happy that the property was dog friendly too. Would definitely recommend! »

« Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. »

« This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. Will absolutely try to book again! »

« This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...
