"Although the property itself is well kept and it's in a good location I could see from the cameras at the front desk that they are able to see all areas of the hotel. My husband and I were relaxing in the hot tub after a long day and families came into the pool hot tub area which was to be expected however we were made aware that no child under the age of 14 should be in the hot tub. Either the staff were not monitoring the cameras or didn't want to get involved but there were several children...

"Excellent service and care from staff! Sometimes though, there are missing breakfast items/supplies, ie utensils, plates, hot beverages, food items. One of the stove burner knobs in my room, 2120, was missing/out of order. Sink in bathroom drain was missing the stopper. Paying for parking seems silly. It is the only non-city hotel where I've had to pay for parking/self parking. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. I love staying here. "

"I spent a week here. There is a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave in the room， convenient to prepare for some simple food. Need to book housekeeping one working day in advance. Breakfast is simple but nice, love the bacon so much, but just served once during the week. "

"The room was cleaned visibly but when we open drawer there was garbage in them and the furniture was no dusted. Good thing I had Lysol wipes. Besides that it was fine. I would still go again. "
