"Always my first choice when I come to Miami"

"I don't love the checkin experience with preloading my info online. It just seems so scammy for some reason. But everything about my stay was great. One problem was that the key code to the door didnt work. The buttons just didn't "push". Luckily my phone could unlock the door. Bummer that the cheapest parking is the parking garage that's 3 blocks away"

"Great are lots to do, eat and drink nearby. Access to water taxi which was fun. Very nice big newly renovated rooms."

"Was a nice hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows!! The pool looked really nice but was too cold for us. The shower built up with water and didn’t go down fast and the sink faucet leaked a lot of water while running. I also should’ve done alittle research because there really wasn’t anything to do within walking distance that was for us. It was very convenient for getting off our cruise and close to the airport. "

"They worked really hard to fix a mix up on reservation. We arrived way before check in because we got off the ship from our cruise a lot earlier than expected. They stored our luggage and got us into a room shortly before noon. Very friendly and accommodating."

"The staff was very accommodating! We arrived way early and Rose stored our luggage for us until our room was available. As soon as it was available, she texted us and we were able to move in. We only stayed one night, but the staff was excellent throughout our stay! We will stay again!"
