"Laundry facilities only take quarters. No coin machine to get any. Staff is very annoyed when asking for quarters and always say come back later someone else has them. And no one has any. I never got to wash laundry’s very disappointed in this kind of service. Room was great but the laundry issue was a big disappointment. We needed clothes cleaned for our cruise. The hotel was very nice, food and drinks were good. Breakfast was wonderful. "
