"Overall good experience. The pool areas were fantastic! Dining was good. Boardwalk to the beach was wonderful. However, rooms are a little dated. Carpet old, not enough outlets. Drainage was terrible.. shower & tub drained extremely slow, so much we basically stood in our own dirt while showering. When we used the sinks, the toilets would bubble. "

"Fla Water isn’t good. That plus the heat - good idea to have waters in the room. The facility offered 2 waters, but then I was told it’s optional. Didn’t get it the last days. They did put out chairs on the beach. Very close to the hotel. 50 steps. Nice touch. Great beach to walk on or run. Small outside pool bar and restaurant- good food but of course on the high side $$ Pool was ok/warm but could use a few more degrees. "

"My only complaint was that there was construction during our stay and we were woken up early in the morning one morning from someone doing work in the unit next door. Also they were building the boat dock near the pool area which was loud. Other than that, easily a 5 star hotel. Great area, great facility (there was not room service at the time I stayed but it will be available soon) and very easy access to DT Naples and Bonita Springs."

"We stayed here over Valentines weekend and it was perfect. You can tell by the rooms that It is an older hotel but everything was still great. The outside area was very relaxing as they provided several chairs and umbrellas, firepits. The pool was great with the music playing. Could not ask for more. The place was excellent and We will be back."
