"Loved almost everything about this place. The beds were a deal breaker for me. They’re not good and squeaked so loud it woke me up multiple times when I rolled over in my sleep. Aside from the squeaking, the quality of mattress was a little low for the price of this lovely hotel. The staff was incredible and the other facilities are very new and nice. The location is very convenient but when you step outside the property the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough. I never felt like I was in...

"This hotel is clean, perfectly located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta right on the North end of the Malecon, has a great bar and restaurant, the pool looks over the ocean and has plenty of lounge chairs, most rooms have a gorgeous view, the staff is prompt an friendly, and the prices are very reasonable! I love it here and I will stay again."

"Nice place! Felt safe. Stunning views. Not recommended for people who have a hard time with stairs as there is a lot of climbing stairs if you want to walk to places and not drive or take a taxi. "

There’s lizard in the house, the place looks like an abundant home and just make Money out of tourists. They charged my account in Euro dollar which have been in Canadian dollar Over all the place sucks and won’t suggest anyone getting fooled like I did via Expedia"

"Good quiet location. My unit had an ocean view. Great deal for price paid. Everything in working condition. Check in time 3 to 615 pm ,so make sure you arrive duing this time or you will not gain access till the next day. It was posted on their site before i booked. Ariived at 6.23 pm and had to find anther place for the night."
