"Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly. Very spacious lobby and great breakfast in the morning. The elevators were a challenge. At times only 1 elevator was working and was a long wait. The hallways on the floors were very cold. Wonderful event rooms and good staff."

"We had an issue with using our parking pass and had to call the front desk every time we entered or exited the parking lot. The elevator in the garage was also out of order. "

"Great location and hotel. It seemed like a newer hotel, so the room and bathroom were well appointed and clean. The breakfast was fresh and nice options. The staff were all friendly. We felt safe, as a key card was necessary to reach the occupied room floors from the elevator. I will note that there is a $33 a night valet fee to park, but we used the Galleria parking garage which was one block down the street, so an easy walk. Careful of parking across the street in the plaza, as there...
