"There wasn’t much noticeable signage outside and the parking options were vague until after we checked in. The staff however were excellent, friendly and informative. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Of the 2 elevators only 1 ever seemed to function - given the volume of people using the elevator it made for some longer waits. Overall for the price, location and convenience to shops and transportation, this was a solid choice that worked out well. "

"This was a bday trip for my 9 year old. I loved the location and ambiance of this property. Rooms are very comfortable, however i did not like the fact that my view was blocked by the side of a building. The game choices in the lobby were good additions to our stay! I "

"Me and my family of 7 stayed here for a week. It was easy to navigate even having to use two elevators when getting to our room since it is a shared building. The parking is a cost separately and is a little pricy when staying more then a couple nights ($59/night) other then that they have a restaurant located in the building as well as a bar. "This was the old cook county hospital building which was repurposed to this hotel. Maybe seen and clean. Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. Overall increase to go if you have a family member in Rush Medical Center "
