"Very well located, I asked for a quiet room and was upgraded. Room was quiet, small but a good size for one person. Staff very friendly. Small problems: usb charger by the bed wasn't working. No outlet near the desk to charge computer (there's one below but didn't fit my charger adaptor). Sheets a bit worn out (starting to tear) The only thing that I'd really complaint is that there's no proper blackout. The blinds have a big gap and the room is bright as soon as the sun rises, if you're a light...

We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."

"This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores, and is literally steps away from Times Square. It’s no frills, but does the job if you plan to stay a night or two. Be sure to bring earplugs and your own toiletries (shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs etc.) because those are not provided by the hotel."
