"Lovely property, great staff, VERY clean rooms. I could smell the cleanliness level, for me, that was my favorite part. One of the elevators had an issue but they have a second next to it and it was fine. Indigo still apologized by offering a free drink at the bar or a free appetizer, which was thoughtful even though we had no complaint. I also love the security level they use for entrance to the floors and your room, you must use your card in the elevator to get to your floor. We chose to stay...

"Once we were able to check in, we noticed and reported a leak in the bathroom ceiling, coming from the room above. This morning, there were two leaks in the ceiling, one draining into the light fixture over the bathroom sink, with water running down the mirror and into the sink. This morning, the bathroom floor was wet. We mopped up the water as best we could. I have 7 photos, that won't download. Do you have an email address that I can attempt to forward these photos to?"
