"It was fantastic! The room layout was great. I left there and went to a Marriott in Knoxville that has a terrible room lay out, no desk room no dresser drawer space, and a chair that faces the bed. And I can't enjoy any time out of the room because even though the lobby is nice, they Blair the music so loud I can't stay out there. I wish I was back at the Sheraton in Ann Arbor. Thank you for a great stay."

"The property is conveniently located right on Briarwood Mall. The only thing I don't like is how loud the room doors are when they close. I can hear other doors from our room and there were times that I woke up from the noise. "

Housekeeping may need to pay a little bit more attention to detail ...there was a used towel in our room, the glasses didn't look like they were clean... there was a lip stain on two of them. There was hair on the sheets. "
