"I first came across the receptionist named Tabitha, who was amazing very sweet very nice very attentive and made it a pleasant experience when checking in. The only issue that I had was the people that stayed upstairs above me from 9 PM to 5 AM ran and banged and jumped in did everything possible that they could do which made me not be able to get any sleep at all. Great location for going skiing or snow tubing at blue mountain and about 40 minutes to the Poconos outlet"

"Nice layout and nice options for food and entertainment. The water park was clean and well run. The hotel room was large and clean. Could use some little fixes here and there but nice overall. The checkin was a bit tricky with a long wait and our room not ready on time (4pm). I wouldn’t spend more than one night. We went with 3 kids (11,9,5) and the park was great for all of them. "
