"Check in was great, breakfast was great, bed in room was good, other furnishings - chairs, sofa bed were horrible. There were multiple tears in sofa bed. Carpet had been replaced but not properly placed under baseboards. Horrible parking garage with only 1/3 of elevators working. No covered walkway from garage to hotel lobby."

"Our stay at this hotel was as expected. It was a bit run down, but at least clean. We needed to use the pull-out couch and while we were able to get sheets, there were no clean blankets or pillows available for us. That would have made the trip better. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and tried to help us as best as they could."

"Great hotel in a great location. The only drawback is the noise from the road. It is VERY loud at night if you have a rooms near South Congress. The traffic noise kept us up."

"Overall awesome location and cool aesthetic.. However our sheets were not clean the night we arrived and there were multiple geckos and millipedes in our room throughout the stay. Additionally the noise level of South Congress made for restless nights."

"Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again."
