"This place was a in a convenient location close to the beach. It was nice having beach towels, chairs etc for the beach too. The balcony is screened in and isn't much of a beach view and doesn't get much sun. The construction going on around the building i a little bit of a downfall. There are a couple gates to the parking lot that are locked for whatever reason so you have to drive all the way around to get to the last couple buildings. "Accommodations were minimal but all i needed. If a property is noted as an efficiency it should have a sink n cooktop, not a shared area with neither. There was a charge discrepancy with Red Awning THAT WAS PROMISED AND NEVER REFUNDED. I won't deal with them again. "It was unfortunate that there was construction-noisy. Also, too bad we couldn’t use the deck. It was great to be in walking distance of the beach and Coconut Jack’s Restaurant. It offered us a very relaxing space and comfortable sleeping. There were 2 Damp Rid products left hanging around in our way. Also, only 1 small spoon and 1 large spoon made it hard to eat together. No forks or butter knives. No dish rag to wash dishes."
