« Property recently was bought by Country Inn & Suites and is undergoing some needed updates outside but needs attention inside. The tub drain in the bathroom was clogged the toilet tank leaked on tge floor every time it was flushed so had to keep the waste basket under the edge of it and hand towels on the floor next to it. There was what looked like a few pieces of cat or dog food next to the back corner of the floor by the banity. There was a gross brown substance smeared on the inside of...

« Beautiful inn ! Great breakfast !Friendly staff ! Don’t stay in room over kitchen !! Can hear all kitchen noise early as they are making breakfast . Also a trip hazard between room and bathroom! I fell there😒We were moved to the monument Grand room ! Absolutely stunning large room with a fireplace! Request that one if you can! No elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs . This inn is beautiful and i would definitely stay again! »

« Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. This was not a cottage it was more like a duplex. We could here the people next door. The stayed up late and got up early. So we had prolems sleeping. Pool was nice. »

« Beautiful rooms and historically preserved building. Room views are stunning and linens are luxurious. Breakfast was one of the bestest! Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nearby town is adorable and fun for exploring. Intend to visit again! »

There were so many places to sit and relax and take it all in, from the swingy chair inside to the dock to the poolside lounge chairs . My dog loved walking around the trees and the lake, and even the smell of the flowers was incredible. I rarely write reviews, but this place was so above and beyond...
