"The property was as described on the beautiful! We could easily walk to both pool areas, Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. The only things to be aware of is that there is no A/C in the main living areas, only the bedrooms. It was fine except when you went out for the day and came back to only the fans running. Also, there is not a queen size pullout couch as indicated in the pictures. It is a queen blow up mattress. Againqueen size pullout "

Lots of rusty fixtures, and some of the room amenities were subpar—think “bring-your-own-screwdriver” energy.
