"Hotel was clean and smelled good. Nicely appointed room, with large king size bed and couch and appropriately sized furniture. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. Staff was friendly. I appreciated being able to get complementary water bottles from front desk. The colors and vibe was modern and fashionable. Great stay. "

"The marina view is wonderful. Note, the Sarasota airport is a few minutes away and this hotel is on the flight path. Tiki restaurant on site is good and has a nice vibe. "

"We had a great stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and property. My only suggestion if you’re staying in the handicap accessible room, you wil need extra towels because the water from the shower runs into the bathroom. Not complaining, just a heads up. "

Also had a hot tub, which was nice as the weather was a bit cool when we were there. Feel like I was misled a bit based on room description--thought we were booking a room with beach view, but instead got "city view"--which essentially looked into a back alley and at a 7-eleven. For the price/my personal budget,...

"Staff is nice if you approach them, but they do not go out of their way to talk to you. Standard 2 queen bed room with comfortable beds. The bathroom shower was new and nice, but the mirror and walls could use updating. Bathroom has dust in the corners and shelves. The location is very convenient to beaches and where we needed to be. Will return to take advantage of the pool, it looks amazing but weather was only in the 60s when we stayed."

"The stay at the hotel was good. Issue was if you didn’t purchase their chair and umbrella then you were forced to sit at the end where the beach area is not kept nice. You’re spending the same money as everyone else to stay at resort. Should have the same right to sit where you want on the beach. "
