"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!"

"Pros: Easy check in/out. We stayed 1 night on their apartment unit with enough space for a family of 7. Towels and toiletries were provided. Cons: Big cockroaches everywhere inside the unit. Receptionist gave us wrong WiFi password. It would be nice to have microwave or toaster since only 1 burner works on their gas range. We didn’t get the chance to see the amenities since their apartment units are separated from the main hotel building. "
