"While the overall environment was great, there were a few things that stood out. The location and amenities were fantastic, and the general vibe of the place was welcoming. However, I did notice some odd behaviors from a few guests, which made me a little uneasy at times. The biggest downside for me, though, was the poor soundproofing in the rooms. "My family and me are very pleased with the good service of the staff, quick check-in and check-out, we have room service every day with all towels reserved, swimming pools heated until 10 pm. The hotel is very well located and you can walk to nearby restaurants, there are shops and a cafeteria inside. Clean and comfortable hotel! I highly recommend it!"

"We liked the amenities and the pools, bowling and eating options for the kids. It was also an easy walk to universal or you could take the bus or water taxi. Minor improvement could be for cleaning staff to ensure that the grounds (ie Laundry room) are cleaned frequently. All in all a very pleasant stay and friendly attentive staff."
