"I booked a stay here since they provided shuttle bus service to the Miami Port for cruises. We arrived early since our flight landed at about 9am. We were able to drop off our bags but the room wasn't ready. After going to get breakfast and driving around Miami, we went back and checked in. The room was a good size and clean. "Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"We liked the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle facility. It should be more frequent during the peak season though since we couldn't get it for our morning flight coz it was once in every hour which was not convenient for us. Breakfast was limited menu but it was good. They gave the requested room to us for my aching foot which was very nice. The room didn't have enough towels but they gave it as soon as we asked the housekeeper. Staff is all Spanish speaking only so conversation...
