Everybody always can use areas of improvement so the only area that I mentioned to you I'm reminding you I was the microwave was totally not working and I know you will take care of it. "The nightime clerk that checked me in was very pleasant, friendly, and check in was fast. Great experience overall. The nighttime clerk, whom I am assuming was over the breakfast area, was not friendly at all, didnt even say hello, and apparently does not understand a thing about customer service. She should change her attitude oe work in a different field!"
