"The place was very nice and the check in was simple and they let us check in early with no charge. That for us was a Blessing I will go back and stay at this hotel again."

"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway...

"Overall a great place to stay. Its location is prime. The hotel is historic which is fine ie rooms small, appliances older ect. The curtains and the bedding were nice but the decor appeared to be from the 70s or 80. Overall a great olace to stay, close to everything."

"Hotel was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good location. The restaurant was not very good at all. Went for breakfast and was served coffee with dirty dishes. The cream cup had lipstick on it and the coffee cup looked to have dried up soap on the rim. Tacos served at breakfast they should really be ashamed of being in San Antonio. The eggs were beat to death making them flat and the chorizo mixed in was obviously burnt leaving a bitter taste. Also I’m not sure if this is a thing...
