"The property is beautiful but the guests are loud, the lights are bright but the hallway is so bright it bleeds into the room at night. It would be better if the hotel dimmed the hallway from 11 pm to 6 am to remind guests that people may be sleeping. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The property offers a great dog park but clients don't always bother to bring their animals there. Hotel was very pleasant, but heated pool was unavailable. "

"It was a very nice stay. We checked in ridiculously late, like 3am, so the front desk allowed for us to a late check out of almost an hour late so we could sleep in a bit. The second floor ice machine was out so i had to use the one on the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant visit. "

"Has to stay for the night as we were tired. This is a renovated hotel. Front desk executive was helpful. Since we had a big check in bag the executive provided a room on the first floor as there are no elevators in this property. Bathroom door knob was broken. Refrigerator was not working. But since we were damn tired we got good sleep. Chose this as it was cost effective. 60 $ per night !"

"PROS The 4th floor was quiet ... room was clean ... a little dusty ... able to walk to nearby restaurants ... breakfast tastes good and fresh fruit available (should melt butter so it could easily spread on waffles); one waffle maker didn't work, the muffin-type did work ... refrigerator didn't have a freezer but worked ... microwave worked ... a/c not too loud in this particular room ... convenient to quickly travel to other areas of the town ... easy parking CONS Safety concerns since anyone...
