"My stay was good. It was a super last minute booking because the hotel we booked was dog-friendly not pet-friendly. The front desk agent was super understanding and very helpful. He showed us the best place to park our moving truck and got us settled in quickly. There are no coffee pots in the room but they offer community coffee in the morning by the front desk. I wish they had offered slightly bigger cups for the coffee instead of mini 4 oz. cups. Overall I would stay there again. "

"Fron desk was very friendly and quixk check-in. Also we needed to stay an extra half hour in the morning after check-out and they said no problem. Rooms were clean and cozy. Only thing i wished they had was the wall shampoo and body wash dispenser in showers because i had forgotten to pack mine. Otherwise no complaints at all."

"My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. There is a lot of shopping and entertainment around the hotel, which made it very convenient when we wanted to eat. We were able to just walk to a yummy pizza place near by. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Des Moines!!"
