"The property itself was ok. We were there for less than 15 hours. Shuttle was clean and on time. Customer service at check in was lacking, also they charge you $45 if you want to check in anytime before 3pm which was interesting since the rooms were empty and ready to go. I really gave it 4 stars instead of 2/3 because we did get a call after from management after we raised concerns with the front desk staff and I felt like she heard us and was apologetic for the experience we had with the...

"The property is dated and needs some updating. Our door was very difficult to open seemed to get stuck. We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and then were told they couldn’t pick us up and we would have to take an Uber. Their shuttle does not pick up at terminal C , so we had to shuttle to terminal B."
