"The Greentree had just one King Mountain View Suite become available on Expedia that was very close to a friend’s West Sedona hotel during a period when all hotels/ motels in the Greentree’s and my friend’s area of West Sedona were otherwise fully booked. One downside is that I had to go back and forth between my room - which was literally the furthest away from the front desk - and the front desk three times during five days to reset the room keys when both key cards unexpectedly stopped...

"One of the beds was lop sided(broken) and so uncomfortable that I was unable to sleep on it. It was in the early hours of playing at the casino and just tried to deal with it. It was reported at checkout time and nothing was compensated. I was told it should have reported it at the time, although I was told the hotel was sold out at check in time."

"At the top end of Sedona, not sandwiches between businesses or other properties, the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble was perfect for our first trip to Sedona. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Outdoor heated pool was perfect for mild January weather. Having access to the timeshare clubhouse makes the nightly rate worth it. Plenty of parking. We had a room on the end. "
