"The parking lot and side walks were terrible. The restaurant next door, parking lot was completely clear. For a hotel they should of cleared it. I couldn't get my suitcase in without it getting stuck in the snow several times and then my stuff got all wet. I slipped and fell 3 times loading my car this morning. There was no ice melt on the side walks. They just didn't care."
