"It was very confusing on where to park during checkin as I did not intend to use their valet service. But all their valet staff are out in full force. They don’t offer any help to check in but only interested to know if they can take your car and thereby charge you their excessive parking fees. Meanwhile I can park at the casino across the road for absolutely FREE. Checkin staff were fine but during checkout, the reception staff never smiled or made eye contact with me. "One night stay for a concert at the new OLG stage connected to the hotel. Check-in was very friendly and efficient, room was a great size and we had beautiful views of the falls. Second time here and would definitely recommend this hotel for convenience to all Niagara Falls activities and stunning views! (Make sure to select a room with Canadian Falls view)"

"It was ok, nothing special. Good: Dove soap/shampoo, proximity to other areas, and parking. Bad: We paid $17 for parking when the parking across the street was charging $5. It seemed like the entire hotel was empty, but they still gave us a room in a two-story separate building, I think that's where they move all Hotels.com/Expedia customer. "

"I had the absolute best experience staying at this property for two nights! Sukh Gill and David checked us in and they were so sweet and kind to us! Both days we were there they made it a point to say hi to us when we passed by! They both deserve a huge raise and it promotion! "

"Great room. Convenient to several eating option in the hotel and locally. The walk to the falls was short and enjoyable. We came in off season so a lot of shopping and food were unavailable to us but imagine in prime season the town is amazing! "
