"Plenty of bad reviews for this joint. Here’s what I can say to everyone. For what I paid, it was fine. It was clean. It was convenient. It was cheaper than 99% of the places in the area. Was it perfect? No. Although, it was worth the money I paid. The management makes a serious effort to keep the place nice. You can tell. It ain’t the Ritz, but you’re not paying for the Ritz! You’re paying for a clean place to sleep for a night or two. That’s what I got. "

"This place was my "go to" for a number of years because it is so cheap and close to Ohio State Campus, Lennox Towne Center, the Grandview area, etc. Then it started really going downhill. The new owners have fixed it up -- particularly the rooms, which have been renovated and updated and are very nice! I also love the addition of The Crimson Cup -- you get a free breakfast sandwich and a drip coffee when you stay. The staff are always friendly. I think this place is a great deal!"

"Service was good. Room was spacious. Unfortunately walls are thin so you can hear between rooms and smell smoke, nail polish or paint from other rooms. "

"The rooms are nice, very spacious, the mini fridge froze our food & drinks, the black in the crevices of the shower was a little sketchy, the furniture holding the mini fridge was not big enough to hold it so every time we got in it we had to scoot it back. The floor by the bathroom door was cracked as well. The staff upon check in & out were very friendly & informative about where the room was. Located by shopping & lots of places to eat! "Friendly staff, very clean, nice clean room. Everything was comfortable. Normal breakfast food, good coffee! Will definitely stay here again as we got a good rate! Dog friendly. "

"We stayed at Quality Inn on December 6th and 7th. Upon our late-night arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and efficient, quickly checking us in and getting us settled into our clean and cozy room. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast offered a good selection of options. While we did encounter a noise issue with a neighbor, the overall experience at Quality Inn was positive. We appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable accommodations."
