"Property is clean and the staff is amazing. It is in the tougher side of town. Felt safe to walk in the daytime, but would be cautious at night. Had a great stay at the hotel. "The hotel is in a convenient and safe location. The room was clean and the size was adequate. The bed was comfortable. However, the furnishings were quite worn. I appreciated the coffee and tea in the morning. "

"The front desk clerk who checked me in, Cindy was very professional, friendly and courteous. Was there for a prostate cancer summit. Cindy is a great asset for your company. Compassionate, very appreciated. Dion who runs the breakfast there is great! Makes each guest feel welcome, and like a part of the family. Thanks to those two and the rest of your staff for making a cross country traveler feel like he was at home."

"Twice there were vehicles out front with the music turned up full blast that woke me up after hours. No poop bags in the dog trash disposal area. Tons of young kids at the hotel so couldn’t get breakfast. The set up for buffet breakfast is good for business stays but not when there are an incredible amount of young kids. No drop off and check in parking at the front of the hotel. It was all handicap parking. "

"I enjoyed the customer service with check-in, but I went to 7bed, the bed was worn. There was springs sqeaking, the bed sank in the middle and had no support! I felt like I was being swallowed! Room 132 needs a new bed and mattress! "

"Like the Convenient parking that is In front of the room. All Lights and heat unit work perfect! Breakfast is delicious. But the restroom not safe enough for handicap people with wheelchair; if adding side bar over the toilet paper, it will be easier and safer. The restaurant order code was not working. I tried many times to order foods online; right on check out , it said restaurant not exist. Then tried to call by choosing help from help line. She answered and told that will call back but...

"Silver springs is beautiful but this hotel is located just 2 blocks south of the great area which is ran down by homeless people all day long. Is not hotel fault but is MD issue. Overall our stay was good. Breakfast was good too for free"
