"The staff and rooms are great"

"I was travelling alone for part of the trip and felt very safe in this hotel. It was close to the London University hospital which is why I stayed there and it was recommended to me by the nurses at the hospital "

"The room was small (suppose to be a suite with a kitchen). It had a small sink and a mix of dishes and utensils that clearly came from a thrift store as they were things your grandmother would have had. Nothing was clean. The shower was disgusting, the water out of every faucet in the room smelled like sulphur. The carpet was stained all over, everything in the room was falling apart. Toilet paper was just on a metal rack, no roll hanger/dispenser. There were rules that no visitors after 11pm or...

"The room was very small, the rug was supposed to be green but was old and beat up it looked brown, the bed was uncomfortably hard and had a lean from side to side, it took a long time to get hot water, and the furniture and electrical are out dated"
