Dinner and breakfast were included with different food options. The room was spacious and very clean. Great location downtown."

"The room was always too hot or too cold. Made a request for towels 2 times during a 3 night stay and never received them. Hotel rooms are starting to show age. Menu fior breakfast has been the same for years. Hotel is affordable and with free parking you tend to look past some of it. "

"The hotel is in a convenient location that met our needs. The check-in staff were quick, friendly and helpful. The hotel has an attached restaurant (The Commoner) and dinner and brunch were excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our Friday night waitress but she was fantastic. "The staff always seemed in a hurry, or didn’t want to be bothered when we asked questions. We spent two nights and our room was never touched after the first night. We didn’t have clean towels or coffee refills and beds were never made nor trash taken out. Minor things, but housekeeping never entered our room. With that said, it was Christmas and hotel may have been short staffed. "

"When I got to courtyard, they told me that my reservations had been canceled for some reason but when I looked on the Expedia app, they were still showing my rooms booked,. I was there from California because my son was graduating from Pittsburgh University, the woman at the front counter was very helpful and she was able to still get me my two rooms & She honored Expedia prices. All of staff there was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed, we were there for a whole week."
