"The room was spotless, and the location was conveniently close to everything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff member who assisted us was very friendly, though I didn’t catch his name. We stayed for just one night, and overall, it was a good experience. However, during check-out, the staff member on duty seemed preoccupied, possibly with her phone, and her customer service wasn’t as friendly. Aside from that, everything else was great."

"The staff were so pleasant. The room was so clean. It was so very quiet during the night. Me and my two children enjoyed our stay for five nights. We were welcomed by the front desk with a very positive attitude and greeted for the seasons. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The housekeepers came promptly and quietly. Will return forsure "

"Have stayed here several times. Older hotel but very clean, friendly staff, great location. Only complaint is the elevator is very slow."
