"Great location. Large clean bathroom. Spacious room. Location is the best!!!!!!! A little noisy with outside construction but they stop around 5pm so not bad. Great price, excellent location, friendly staff. Oh, did I mention location? Location is EXCELLENT. "

"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."

"Room blocked all outdoor sound, very tranquil. Great connections to transit (500 bus and Metro). Luggage lockers are handy. Kitchenette seemed to work fine. Very clean. Would stay again."

"This property was adequate for my stay in Porto. Located in a great area and easy to walk to most attractions. The apartment itself could benefit from an overall deep cleaning and some updating of furniture. Ex. Mattress, couch. I had an issue with the shower drain. Although, the host was quick to reply, the repair wasn’t enough and issue continued throughout my stay. There was also a broken TV stand that caused you to have lean the TV against the wall and the AC didn’t work properly. All...

"I enjoyed the luggage lockers that were very large and conveniently opened with the key card. I liked the insuite bathrooms; things felt private. I thought the beds were comfortable although the bottom bunk did have a bit of a low roof. The rooftop bar is nice and the dinners are cheap. Overall great experience. "

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"Some reviews said small rooms. Ours was a twin and very spacious but when the cleaners were round and doors open we saw other twin rooms were smaller. But ours was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Lockers for €1 in reception also where you can also leave bags"
