"There was a lot to like ... the location is good, the hotel was clean, the parking lot was kept clear of new snow. But it's hard to get past the age of the building. There is a definite musty odor, but it's not too strong and is expected with a building this old. The floors are also quite slanted. I felt like I was walking down hill going from one side of my room into the bathroom. The thing I disliked the most was not having anyone at the front desk. "We really didn't spend much time on property, but when we were there it was quiet and relaxing. It isn't a long walk to town. Even though there was a set check in time they allowed us to check in early as we arrived much sooner than anticipated due to weather. They were very accomodating. Facilities were clean and very comfortable. A Will stay here again. "

"Very friendly staff! Made checking and out easy breezy. Alejandro was the best! 😊Only thing with the property needs a snow blower and or Bob Cat plow. People were getting stuck trying to leave property and go up that hill. "

"Cute newly renovated room. Hot shower and a very clean too. Bad part is the walls and ceiling are too thin. You hear every step above and nextdoor sneezing. Door to the outside needs weather stripping, even with heat up the room was cold."

"It was a great spot , close to town. The rooms were comfortable and clean . The view of the lake at the back of the property was gorgeous. The initial code that was sent to me to get in the room did not work but I called and got assistance immediately and she stayed on the phone with us until we got in the room . The only negative comment I have is the limited parking spots . It snowed while we were there and it made the limited space even more challenging."

"We had a great weekend starting with Shelley's warm welcome. Breakfast was very good, not a huge choice, but sufficient. The room was clean and well decorated with an après-ski cabin atmosphere. Just minutes from Whiteface Mountain. I absolutely recommend."
