"My experience was good. There was an issue with my watch charger disappearing. When I voiced my concerns, they said they do background checks and workers have been there for over 15 years (means nothing). I checked everywhere…under bed (I left it on the stand next to the bed). On my way home they said it was found under the bed (smh). It was not under the bed when I searched for it. They advised they would mail it. It’s been a week and I haven’t received it yet. "when i got here the lobby was full of people saying they were there waiting for a while . Few minutes lates a young lady showed up, the previous person left her jo key so she had to get into the office the best way she could . Well that entailed climbing through the service window. She also made a statement that this happens often, i then became furious. This is not a good way to conduct business."
