"Great for our stop through Quebec and great for pet owners. The town looks really cute as well and I think it would have been nice to explore if we weren’t just passing through. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size and clean, and being on the main floor with a balcony door was very convenient to take the dog out for a walk without having to disturb others walking down the hall. I’d definitely chose this hotel again. "

"Located right next to the Chateau Frontenac, making it a prime location to stay in at an affordable rate. The Toboggan ride at Dufferin terrace, funiculare, the famous Petit Champlain street with the goblin door and the Quebec citadel are all within walking distance. A lot of restaurants near by as well. Hotel does not provide breakfast though, but the rooms are well maintained. No parking space. 5 min can ride to the Via rail station, 25 min to the airport"

"The location is great. 5 minute walk to the Fairmont hotel and it is directly in the old part of Quebec City. Parking is not included and not close. We had to walk sometimes 15 minutes to a lot, which was expensive. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Please note that you might book the Hotel Ermitage, but our room was in a different hotel labeled "Hotel Acadia" across the street and down the road, which I felt was odd. We had booked a "junior suite" since it had been advertised...

"It's a good option for solo traveler on a budget, I just wish the beds were a little bigger and longer. I'm about 6'1" and the bed was on the small side. Besides the bed, basic amenities were nice. Had access to a shower, and even some computers in the shared spaced. The library and pub on the main floor was nice, felt very much like being in college. This place would be great if it weren't a hostel and offered some greater privacy for guests. "
