"We arrived at 4:30 p.m. in the dark. The grounds and building are not well lit. Reception was easy and welcoming and the receptionist helped us up the stairs with our bags There is no elevator.. "The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the location was great. Loved the underground parking for we were traveling with plants and liquids that couldn't freeze. "I found the room extremely warm. In order to turn on the ac you need to contact the reception desk. You also do not have control of the AC so there was no way to regulate the temperature. Another thing I felt was unfair- because we booked with Expedia the Continental breakfast was not included. Friends of ours booked directly with the hotel and they had the breakfast included. We both paid the same price."
