"This is a major construction site. Most of this property is gutted. There were no employees on the property as we check in and no breakfast as promised. There is heat, hot water, clean sheets and towels. There were three other guest vehicles in the lot. "

"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"Most things were fine but we had planned barbecue get together with numerous people and the grill was not functioning. No response to request for compensation due to significant inconvenience. Had to find a way to barbecue elsewhere which was difficult with small children. That was to be our principal entertainment for the weekend."

"Very spacious home! We were 4 couples and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom gas fireplace did not work however. Hope that has been fixed. "

"I booked Victory Cabin for our family weekend together. This weekend was our families first time together for more than a day in 5 years. We wanted fun, relaxation, no stress and lots of memories made and Shawn and Victory Cabin was the perfect answer. From booking, to communication during the stay, the cabin, it all, 5 stars! . "Our family really enjoyed Michael’s house - it was even bigger than depicted and had all the amenities we needed for a ski weekend at Wisp. The house is conveniently located across the street from one of the ski lifts; it was nice not to have to drive to the main lot. Everything was cozy and as described. Highly recommend this property!"
