"The inside lights were so bright - I would reduce it to half the # of lights you have on and then on the outside where guests can park - it was pitch black and very unsafe. Also the elevator spells like cow maneuvers - maybe not put carpet down - once I got inside my room, it was clean and fine."

"Coffee was so watered down it was nearly clear. We were promised, and paid for, coffee -- 24x7 -- is it too much to ask for the coffee to actually have some coffee in it? Did the owner think we wouldn't notice? Breakfast offered fewer choices than expected at a Hampton, but overall was tolerable. "Orange Juice" was false advertising however -- "Pale Orange Liquid" is more accurate. As with watering down the coffee -- does the owner think we're so stupid that we won't notice or care how...

"There was a dinner restaurant walking distance from the hotel as well as an IHOP. Super convenient. Room was clean, bathroom was clean!"

"Had no complaints at all about the stay. I was a late check in and had called and told them I would be late. So had no problems checking in. I had asked for a room on the first floor as I don't handle stairs well at the moment and they accommodated me, which I thought was nice. Room was clean, staff friendly. Outside was a bit noisy but they can't control that. I would definitely recommend and will most likely being staying here again."

"The beds were amazing! House was clean and cute. The one down side was I just got off crutches with a broken leg and it was raining and icy and the driveway is beyond steep. Very close to amazing food and walking distance to football stadium and aquatic center."

"We had four adults for a weekend getaway. The property is clean and well stocked. It is right off of I64 and within 15 min of the university and Monticello. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. Their website is excellent with recommendations for food and activities. The only negative to this property is that it is not handicap accessible. The driveway is very steep and the stairs to the front door and upstairs are very steep. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This house is stunning and walkable to everything in downtown Charlottesville! The home feels like a Spanish villa and each room is decorated incredibly. We had a group of 13 for a bachelorette party and we had plenty of space for ourselves and to gather in the living room, kitchen, and cute courtyard. Everyone in our party was obsessed with this house. The service was wonderful and it was also very cool to get access to the social club. Can't recommend this place enough!"
