"Everyone was wonderful except the rep in casino when we had to get new cards rep was rude. Husband was being served and i was waiting. Girl asked if she could help. I mentioned she looked busy and she said she was but she fugured she could help if she had to. Was taken back. Girl that was sevicing husband was wonderful. Made sure we new everything to know."
