"Not a safe area. Tweakers lying in the street less than a block away and regularly loitering at the front door. Spitting and yelling. The area is really losing itself to the unhoused population. So very sad because it used to be a safe and beautiful area. I didn’t even want my adult kids walking out past 10pm.
