« This hotel was terrible. They did not have the room that we booked even if the hotel wasn’t full. Guests checking before and after were also told they did not have the room they booked. The place was dirty and we had to make our own bed. The pool area was unclean. There were people not staying at the hotel that were roaming in the hallways at night and were eating the breakfast. »

« The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. ...

« The room itself was very nice, pleasantly so. The Hotel itself was located by the airport so the surroundings weren't vacation quality, but it was clean and safe. My only knock on the place was they advertised it as including breakfast, which was not on site but took the form of a coupon for a local restaurant. We were there to go fishing so having to load up and go somewhere else for breakfast would have taken to much time. It just would have been nice to get the whole scoop before we arrived....

« It was my first time traveling to Michigan.. the staff and the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the property was as somebody with OCD, I was not disappointed... the pool is a little bit small and cool but my kids had a blast! I would definitely return here. »

« Très bien, un peu hors de la ville mais j'ai trouvé ca propre, le lit super confortable et rien trouvé à dire sur le propreté. Il y a tout dans la chambre, frigo, séchoir, ect. Ce que j'ai moins aimé c'est de dire que le déjeuner est inclus mais c'est pas vraiment un déjeuner, y a pas de protéine même pas de fromage ou de yogourt, seulement du pain et du sucré. Le jus goute l'eau alors vous êtes mieux de boire de l'eau à la place. »
