"Our TV did not work from the moment we arrived. Sent maintenance man to look at, he was frustrated from the start because the TV had previous problems,. He left to get a tool. When we returned for the night nothing had been fixed or replaced. The next morning we were offered $10 refund, then they decided Expedia had to issue the refund. Not impressed with how our concern was handled. I’m sure we won’t ever see a dime of refund."

"If you need to use a pullout bed, make sure you have extra sheets because when we unfolded the hideaway, there was dirty sheets left from the last customer (crumbs and all). They charge $25 a day for parking and you are only allowed to park on floors 4-7 in the parking garage with 1 elevator to the floor level to get into the hotel. For example if you on park on the 4 floor in the parking garage you will go down to the floor level, walk through the dinning/seating area then walk across the...
