« Condo had all we needed for our stay away from home. Owner communication was top notch. Location was perfect for walking to the beach, store and restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay. »

« Easy entry and ground floor unit was convenient. Parking spot was also very close. Beach is an easy walk across the street! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels were such a bonus!! Condo had everything we needed except bbq utensils. The pans and some dishes could use an update. One complaint we had is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were grateful the unit had air mattresses to use instead. Also, the shower floor has mildew around the edges and corners. »

« Property was nice. Noise from the second floor guests was very loud. It was a bit challenging getting new towels etc. Our schedules didnt seem to mesh. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it for someone looking for reasonable rates and a comfy, safe room. »

« We really enjoyed this property and the amazing views! Layout was perfect for a family with two teenagers. The condo has multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers for packing up and heading out for a comfortable day at the beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Property is very quiet and we loved our peaceful mornings and evenings on the lanai. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing this amazing condo with us! »

Pour ne rien arranger, il y a une seule climatisation (dans le salon) - très bruyante, bac à vider tous les jours sinon risque d'inondation - et dans la chambre, il n'y a qu'un simple ventilo et pas de fenêtre. « Overall nice and clean. Great view. Washer super small and dryer doesn’t vent out of the unit. The dryer Overheats place if used. There is a turn knob upstairs that has to be turned every 6 hours to keep AC on. Kind of inconvenient. Some cockroaches in kitchen. No turner for cooking but made due with spatula. Oven does not cook well and toaster needs to be replaced. Main bedroom mattress has a crease and needs replacing. Hot water tank too small for any length of shower. Tv in other room not...

« This property is below the standards of the Elua that we have enjoyed for decades. It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11.
