" I arrived with my children around noon and was informed by customer service that our room was not yet ready. However, they reassured me that cleanliness was a top priority and that the wait would be worth it. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, having never stayed at a small-chain hotel before, but I kept an open mind. Around 3:30 PM, I returned and was completely impressed. Two hours prior, I had received an email prompting me to check in online—a process I had never experienced, even at luxury hotels. It was seamless; I checked in using my phone, credit card, and driver’s license. When I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and had my room key ready the moment I said my name. They even offered my family pineapple-infused water and freshly baked cookies, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel welcome. As we made our way to our room, I noticed how quiet and peaceful the hotel was despite being fully booked. The room itself exceeded all expectations—immaculate, well-designed, and incredibly clean. The bathroom was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. That night, I felt completely safe with my children, and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and missed breakfast, but I have no doubt it would have been great. I highly recommend this hotel. The customer service was outstanding, and I will definitely be returning! "

"Found this gem and so glad we did. Lakefront room was super cozy, bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pontoon boat ride was a plus taking in the scenery. Great restaurants within a short driving distance. Pool was clean with lots of loungers to relax. We will definitely be back! Thanks Tropical Resort for a relaxing stay!"
