"The hotel is located a short distance from SFO. We waited for the shuttle for almost an hour and it did not come so we took an Uber. When we got to the hotel we learned that we had missed the shuttle by not waiting another 5 minutes. The front desk manager Mike was very welcoming and gave us a quiet room and made a reservation for us for the shuttle to the airport for the next morning. The room is very clean and quiet and comfortable. "

"Hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the location as it felt like it was the "heart" of San Francisco, with Chinatown being about a 20 minute walk. However some folks might not like how close it is to the tenderloin district. Seeing quite a few unhoused folks on the streets is pretty sad, but it was also good to talk to the locals about the real issues of the city. "The hotel facility itself was great , was clean and staff courteous. What wasn’t great was the transportation system. One of the reason we booked this hotel was the availability of a shuttle bus. However, we were informed after the booking that the transportation was only available during select times.. 3 hours after we arrived after a 20 hour flight. Waiting 3 hours was not acceptable.
