"As I was checking in, the manager was a bit gruff. I had made the reservation on-line and prepaid, but he insisted that I swipe my credit card and that the on-line payment was just a "holder". I looked on my credit card statement, and was charged on-line and again in person but it was returned. As for the room itself; The floors were all hardwood, looked nice but was very slippery coming in from the snow. The room was "dated" and the sheets on the bed had old stains. "This hotel is, by far, the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. It is obvious that it is a newer property. Everything was very clean. We appreciated the fact that we could watch Netflix on our television. The breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We did not use the pool during this stay. 10/10"

"Everything went well except when I was checking in, I had to wait until the clerk got off the phone with a costumer booking a reservation, I was kind of in a time crunch and would have like if she had help at the front desk. also, my daughter and her friends found stains on the cover and sheets they went to the front and got clean ones. other than those things things went well. breakfast was wonderful!!"
