"Room was spacious and equipped with everything for a short stay. But on leaving - after I had to give them day-before notice of needing shuttle to airport, I got to desk 5 min early and waited 15 min for someone to show up. She said she'd lost track of time then ordered an Uber, causing me another 10 min delay. I hadnt factored in this extra time and it was terribly disruptive. All they needed to do was call me earlier to alert me of the situation so I could have left at the correct time."

"This is our fourth time staying at Newpark Resort, and we are so happy with our choice every time. The hotel is a short drive (and there are shuttles if needed) to the ski resorts. The area around the hotel has several great restaurants, and very convenient shopping. And the hotel itself is very comfortable, with very friendly and responsive staff, big rooms and bathrooms, and an excellent indoor-outdoor pool and hottub that we take full advantage of. We will stay here every time we come to Park...
