"This was great for the two of us. Step out the side door of the complex into the village, and just a couple hundred feet to the gondolas. The unit is on the first floor looking out over the outdoor hot tubs and up to the mountains. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but we were always able to find a stall when we returned from a ride."

"I have stayed at Everline before. It's a fabulous property and has its own chairlift to Pallisades. Unfortunately, there was heavy rain and wind in the forecast and I decided not to go as there would be little or no opportunity ski. Marsha was incredibly generous and offered me new dates at no charge. Much appreciated Marsha!"

"This condo was great for our short ski vacation with our two young kids. The one-bedroom with a pull-out couch, along with a kitchenette and living room with fireplace had everything we needed. We also loved having access to the Everline resort facilities, including a heated pool and restaurants.The host Masha was very responsive when we had questions about the property and was a welcoming, helpful host. Would definitely recommend staying here! "

"Had an awesome stay here for ski week with kids from 2-10 and adults. Didn’t have time to use the hot tub but the property was better than we hoped. Kids had a blast and the big dining table was perfect for the families. Close proximity to palisades and easy to use mountaineer app for rides. Didn’t get to use hot tub but def will next time. Easy communications with the managers. Thank you! Will come back next time!"

"We wanted an on property condo for a short ski trip. This property was the perfect location - easy access to everything plus ski storage and parking. The host was very communicative and helpful. We fit 5 comfortably between bedroom, pull out living room couch and nook with pull out. We were out most of the days and only ate breakfast in the condo but it had what we needed. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."
