"Check in was not as expected. We added an early check in and the front desk clerk said she would have a room ready in 20 mins. We got there approx 1.5 hrs after where she told me in person that she could have it ready in 20 mins. I pointed out our earlier conversation and she offered a double queen "upgrade". This didnt feel like an upgrade and we now had a smaller bed and a second one we didnt need but we had a friends Christmas party to hurry to so we took it. "

"The property is older and a little dated, but it is spacious and offers suites which is really nice. The staff is responsive and friendly. We felt safe and the area was private. The TV needed updating, the shower head leaked a bit, and the heat control was finicky, but overall, a good deal for the price."
